7:13pm: O'Brien gets the first wicket as Pakistan go back in to bat. With fury etched all over his face O'Brien hurled the ball straight down middle, it pitched short and was heading straight for Butt's helmet, tried to duck but the ball struck the handle and headed to the slips.
5:51pm: New Zealand are all out for 99. Asif to Tuffey who tries to smash it past mid-on but mistimes it straight to Yousef. What an embarrassing display from the national side.
5:44pm: Iain O'Brien falls victim. What a capitulation! New Zealand won't even crack 100. 96/9. Chris Martin hero story anyone? Danish Kaneria gets his hat trick. O'Brien plays a lazy shot right to the covers.
5:41pm: Looks like Vettori is human after all. Danish Kaneria takes another scalp. Vettori did not spot the ball coming straight and played for the turn, ball took a thick edge and went to the hands of Misbah in the slips. NZ are gone!

5:31pm: Goodbye Black Caps. Grant Elliot is gone! Caught and bowled by Danish Kaneria. Kaneria bowled a good length, and as it pitched up Elliot drove it straight back to him. Stupid shot. New Zealand's hopes look to be down the gurgler.
5:27pm: New Zealand 94/6 off 32 overs. Elliot and Vettori at the crease, New Zealand needs this partnership to be fruitful. Trail by 169 runs.
5:25pm: Captain Fantastic Daniel Vettori take to the crease, here's hoping he can muster some magic for the woeful Black Caps.
5:20pm: McCullum you plonker! He is gone for a Golden Duck! Asif has a hat trick and the Black Caps are in serious trouble. Drew him into playing the drive, bowled it full outside off and got it to move away, McCullum's eyes light up, tries to crash it through the covers, gets a thick outside edge and Malik reacts well at second slip, snapping it to his left.
5:00pm: Flynn is gone! It moved in after landing on a good length on the off and Flynn, who went for the drive, was done in by the movement, missed it and was rapped on the pads in line with the stumps, would have hit off stump. Asif takes the wicket.
4:40pm: Tea: New Zealand go to tea on day two with a score of 77/4 after losing McInstosh, Guptill, Taylor and Fulton. Elliot (12) and Flynn (24) are currently batting.
4:23pm: Flynn has made it to 20 runs and Grant Elliott's on 10. But Pakistan are on top. (68/4)

The wind is blowing and the sun is out at the ground which will hopefully help the field dry. Commentators at the ground are predicting a start in 1 ½ to 2 hours.
