I do not presume to know that all kiwi doctors know bugger all how eva it is my expereince as a cancer surviver whome had an extremly rear form of it for eight years while in nz which went undiagnoised and not because i didn't seek treatment i did while in nz. in my case the only experts for my condition where in america and here in australia but it the poomy/english docs that are the best. aussie also has new gears an gismo which is also emportant. and thats my suggestion if you can get perment residence so you can get the dole i promise you there are bowl cancer surgeons here that can do anything i know 1st hand at the very least they can come up with a plan to control your bowls. i have seen this 1st hand and im not talking no diarea im talking 50 70 100 % bowl reconstuction oh and the pain dosn't go away so thats it there is hope its in australia i promise you

I can then leave my soiled clothes in the open tray so there is no foul odour in the cab. ACC are now looking at my method of getting about and have agreed to take an "holistic" view to see if a contribution is warranted towards my vehicle.
I am not able to sue the surgeon yet I am not covered under the ACC policy.
Can anyone advise me how that is fair and correct?

Why go around taking footage of people to set them up for a costly and long court case and cause more grief to them, when there could easily be a program available linked to ACC which monitors clients in a counselor like basis, that will give them support as well as making sure that their injeries are genuine.

Reinstated and paid $292 a week compo ACC Bullied me to a pain psychiatrist or lose compo again but ACC refused me a power chair so I wouldn't be able to comply and they could exit me again. When my sister and dad died in the same year, ACC threatened to kick me off for going to the tangihanga FFS. I had to ask the racist Sth African case managers express permission before i was allowed to bury my own family members. Why must I urinate into a child's beach bucket on the edge of my bed because ACC denies me a proper bedside commode. Or be under house arrest for being unable to walk? I can't sue the vaccine coys or my former employer for the work reqd vaccine, so why am I treated like the criminal by ACC when bronwyn Pullar tapes proved ACC are dishonest?

Wtf? Yes, it should have been passed on to WINZ a long time ago, but that would be a drop in pay. The images shown seemed pretty clear, walking fine, lifting and carrying...I dont doubt he has issues, but to get a van worth 66grand only to sell it? NO. That is not right. If they decided he didnt need it, then it could have been GIVEN to someone else who does desperately need it. Not cool. However, ACC is there to help, but not for the rest of a persons lifetime. Swing it over to WINZ so they can work out the best plan for him and his family, rehab? Help? Carer? Hooked up with a mobility van taxi? I know people whos lives have been totally destroyed and turned upside down and get nothing at all of what they really need. Sheesh. Living with serious pain really, really sucks, so I do feel for him. Obviously I am torn over this.

This man obviously did not need the van so generously supplied to him by ACC and for him to go and sell it shows that he did not need it. ACC should be demanding the money back. I bet he drinks as well as smokes and does not go without the extras that other working people do. This type of ripoff really does make me angry.
