A.C.C acronym for Abhorrent, Crusher, Collins. just goes to show when the pressure is put on her she will make decisions that make her look out of her depth. The ACC youtube video just shows that she is inept and out of her depth in this position.

Its not surprising that Collins wont front. She is out of her depth with this portfolio. collins states that she will change the culture of acc but things still carry on just the same. I injured myself at work 13 months ago but acc have decided that this not a workplace injury and that i have to go to a hearing to contest this. This hearing is at my expense. This is hardly what acc was designed to do.

In the USA and CANADA business (and government) administrate with a system of criteria under the acronym ISO. Every upgrade to this 'system' of measures has a numerical reference. ie. ISO 9000, ISO 2000 etc. Companies certified under the ISO system have a certified code of ethics in their operations and administration of their businesses. Don't You????? This event could never happen if the systems in place are followed. Personal information as an asset goes back, publicly, (buying selling personal info to marketing factors) for me, to the late 70's. I can't imagine any organization like the ACC not having stringent processes in place like ISO standards. Regarding her uTube statement: it ensures her words, comments or intentions are not manipulated by the media. That works. YOU KNOW SHE ISN'T GOING TO TELL YOU ANYTHING, so drop the snarky dialogue and talk-over scripts... unless you are owned by THE NATIONAL INQUIRER or STAR.... next week you won't be following up on old news anyway.

Hilarious edit and a perfect response to the cowardly flannel video. But just who is the PR company advising the Minister and ACC and what are these 'communications' costing?

So will life improve for ACC claimants who are routinely subjected to bullying case managers and bought-off assessors?

On ya Campbell! The 'born to rule' arrogance of this lot as they treat the media - and, by extension, the public - with such sneering disregard is nothing short of contemptible. National forget that they are elected to *serve* the people - not dictate to them. Politicians are elected to act with honesty & integrity on behalf of the people. Politicians don't get to hide away when the questions get awkward. Politicians should have to front up and answer to the people. That is their job. Unable to blame Labour, beneficiaries, earthquakes or the global financial crisis they resort instead to carefully scripted, stage-managed theatrics rather than front up and take responsibility. Whatever happened to accountability? The constant dodging & refusal by Ministers of this Government to comment on pertinent subjects when facing uncomfortable questions is disgraceful. If they don't answer to us, who the heck do they answer to?
