The Resipradone that is used for ADHD is also used for conditions such as Schizophrenia. The lactation and breast enlargement is a side effect that is well know to those who prescibes the medication. Usually this is explained to the patient and family before the drug is administered. The drug has been used in NZ for some time now and there are patients who do complain of this problem - it is just not advertised pubicly.
