The company that was promoting Michael Jackson's "This Is It" comeback shows in London says it will issue information early next week on how to get refunds.
Jackson was due to perform 50 shows in London and some 750,000 tickets were sold. The tickets were priced between 50 pounds and 75 pounds (US$82 and US$124) - but some went for hundreds of pounds (dollars) on internet auction sites.
AEG Live says "full ticket refund information and procedures will be released early next week for all Michael Jackson 'This Is It' shows."
The company said in a statement Friday that fans should hold onto their ticket vouchers and proofs of purchase.
