to think that her parents were prob. proud to have their child play in college soccer. maybe even w/ a scholarship. the school should demand imediate removal of the girl. shes a terrible role model for future college soccer players. what a little *^&^%&%**%^. as a mom with a female soccer player i am apalled!!!!!!!
Definitely she should be banned for life as this is not something that occurs on a first time basis. She is only apologetic because she was caught. Not only should she be banned but also kicked out of school for assault. The BYU players should file charges. Her parents and coach should be ashamed.

Where were the referees and the coach during this game? She should have gotten a red card, not yellow 77 minutes into the game. I have an 11 year old daughter playing soccer and her coach would never let that happen on the field.
This girl should be kicked out of school! I highly doubt that this was the first time she done this sort of thing, just the first time she got caught. I also have a hard time believing that her coach wasn't aware of her behavior. People need to be held accountalbe, she really should be charged with assualt.
I can't believe the officials didnt see any of those offences.
