The reason other airlines have not adopted this lie flat seating in economy is that no one wants to see spooning couples lying opposite them Is is kind of a decency invasion as what is there to stop couples from doing more than just sleeping? I hope they will provide some kind of privacy curtain and tell the couples that they must keep reasonably quiet. Another cleverly thought out idea air nz!
It looks good in practice but how will they stop couples from joining the mile high club. For others sitting around them in economy this may not be something they want to see or hear. And how can they be stopped?
