Piece by piece, the sign was brought down

Wellington’s giant All Blacks sign is being taken down this morning to make way for its permanent replacement.

The sign was secretly erected overnight in September last year in time for the Rugby World Cup.

In its place will be a permanent sign simply reading "Wellington" but with the last letters being blown away in reference to the capital's notorious winds.

Originally, the sign was going to say "Wellywood" -- but a public outcry led to a rethink and a sign reading ‘All Blacks’ was put up instead.

I think they should have an alphabet ready and tax could be spent on this instead of helping the poor or anyone else that needs it, it could be a better way of shoving the get it your self capitalist dictations we get from the current attempted failure for a govt.
