Ireland skipper Brian O’Driscoll missed his own captain's run today arriving late and by himself after suffering from vertigo.

O’Driscoll is confident he’ll play tomorrow and Ireland need him as he’s a world class centre, just as much of the talk this week has been on the New Zealand Rugby Union’s punt that Sonny Bill Williams can be a world class midfielder too.

While the Sonny Bill saga is slightly overshadowed the build up to tomorrow’s test there is a game to be played and like any rugby match, it will have to be won up front.

“Forwards decide the winner, the backs decide the margin,” says O’Dricoll.

Ireland’s never beaten the All Black so what needs to change to get a different result?

All Blacks forwards coach Steve Hansen talked up his pack this week declaring they’d dominate the Irish.

If they do that, and the weather holds, the All Blacks should have too much firepower out wide for Ireland.
