Actress Alyssa Milano has confronted an online impostor who was pretending to be her on social networking site Twitter.com.

The Charmed star, who has over 400,000 followers on her page, confronted a person holding a fake account who was posting messages under a name similar to her official blog.

Milano wrote, "Maybe Alyssa_Milano would like to tell us all why she is pretending to be me.”

Following the actress' post, the impostor's account was suspended, and a brief message on the fake's page now reads, "Sorry, the profile you were trying to view has been suspended due to strange activity.”
