Amy Winehouse to remarry Blake Fielder-Civil

Amy Winehouse’s father is making Blake Fielder-Civil sign a pre-nuptial agreement before they remarry.

Mitch Winehouse is insisting ex-convict Blake - whose divorce from the ‘Rehab’ singer was finalised at the end of August - signs the agreement to prove he is not after his daughter’s money when they tie the knot for the second time.

Mitch said: “Blake won’t get a single penny.”

A friend explained further: “Mitch has seen a solicitor. He is doing everything he can to protect his daughter. He thinks Blake brings nothing but heartache.”

‘Back to Black’ singer Amy is said to have recently asked Blake, who has previously been accused of leading Amy into drug addiction, to remarry her and they have both changed their status on their profiles on website Facebook to married.

Meanwhile, Amy – who recently had a breast enlargement operation – has splashed out on a range of racy underwear and a diamante encrusted whip at a London shop last weekend, to celebrate getting engaged again.

A source said: “Amy loves showing off her new boobs and wanted to get sexy underwear to make the most of them. And she couldn’t resist getting a few other bits and pieces like the whip.”

Amy, 26, has reportedly told Blake she is planning to wear her engagement ring again and wants a wedding to take place in the next three months.

Blake, 31, told a friend: "We both know we've only ever been divorced on paper. This is the right thing to do. This is the real deal. She told me she wanted to get married again. I feel so happy."
