Anne Hathaway kept her feet on the ground following rave reviews of her turn as Catwoman in the new Batman movie by riding the New York subway with other commuters.
The Devil Wears Prada star was in the Big Apple following Monday night's premiere of the highly-anticipated The Dark Knight Rises, which has been a huge hit with critics.
But despite the high praise for the film and Hathaway's portrayal of the feline femme fatale, she happily ditched her A-list status to board a hot and crowded subway train on Tuesday.
Hathaway was snapped embracing and kissing her fiance Adam Shulman while travelling on the underground in the city.
