Ramonah Patience Toomallatai was born just after midnight

Auckland is now a city of at least 1.5 million people following the birth of Ramonah Patience Toomallatai.

She was born just after midnight at Middlemore Hospital.

Her parents gave her the middle name 'Patience' as she was four days overdue.

They are both Samoan and live in Panmure.

Ramonah weighed 4.3kg at birth.
