Good Stuff...Here in the UK we've had "Smartwater" for years now, and its installed in heaps of places including department stores etc...but it will only work in NZ if the police have the infrastructure in watchhouses to check ALL persons coming into custody for whatever reason, for this DNA marking.(here's hoping!)
