I know of fruit/veg picking place in a high unemployment area, that have to employ people from outside NZ as the local unemployed people are not applying for the jobs available, but have teenage relatives that do this work in their holidays - anyone who is prepared to work, there is the work out there...

I bet you any thing that the vast majority of people on the benefit have genuine reasons. Why is everyone on the benefit been punished and discriminated against.
