nonsense, the name suits you well. All of the bottles are aimed for empty areas of the deck. If a Japanese whaler wants to throw himself in front of the bottle so he gets injured, thats on him. Of course the children weren't told the full story, because the man faced up to 15 years in prison on overexaggerated charges compared to what the Japanese captain had done. Furthermore, if they wish to walk around the glass barefoot so they get injured, I say go for it. I'm sure they can conjure up another assault charge for the Japanese whalers -intentially- walking barefoot on shattered glass from a bottle thrown by the Sea Shepherds.

>>To them and their schoolmates, he's a hero. Their mum has shielded them as best as she could from the darker side of his days in Japan. It's ridiculous. Parents should tell their children about what they are doing. Bethune attempted to knowingly injure someone. That's a crime also in New Zealand, isn't it? He claimed he had not known what the bottle he threw contained and he was not guilty. But even a school boy understands throwing a glass bottle will highly likely hurt someone regardless of whether the bottle contains something or not. Does the Bethunes encourage their children to throw a glass bottle against their friends or others? And don't they complain even if someone throws a glass bottle against their kids?
