Firstly,it is not the police that are making the allegations, it is the Serious Fraud Office. Secondly, Carlos, you would have them all thrown in jail before they have even had a chance to answer the ALLEGATIONS??? Not sure what happened to the entitlement to remain innocent until proven guilty, but many NZers seem to have trouble remembering that! At least one of these men has more honesty and integrity in his little finger than Feeley has accumulated in a lifetime, and is innocent of all charges. Trust me, I KNOW! Let's just wait to hear the evidence before we judge, eh?

Mr Hubbard was not facing charges re the collapse of SCF - his charges were associated with his other companies as he died before anyone was charged re SCF... please get your facts right. Also Mr Earl was travelling a very long way after working hard (rumour has it he fell asleep at the wheel) whereas Mrs Hubbard had only been driving for 5 minutes.
