Britney Spears has joined Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber and the other Twitter.com high rollers after scoring 10 million followers last week.
Only six celebrities have reached the 10 million mark - Spears, Gaga, Bieber, Kim Kardashian, Katy Perry and US President Barack Obama.
Gaga leads the pack with almost 14.4 million followers - a million more than second placed Bieber.
Shakira, Taylor Swift and Rihanna are expected to reach 10 million followers by the end of 2011.
