Bulldogs want 'Mad Monday' answers

Canterbury Bulldogs management are demanding that the players who hurled sexist remarks at a female reporter at their post-season ‘Mad Monday’ booze-up come forward.
The club has apologised, but still hasn't identified those who made the comments.
Meanwhile, prop Sam Kasiano, who was at the session, has spoken for the first time about choosing the Kiwis over State of Origin.
