The CTV building, before and after the quake

A report on the Canterbury Television (CTV) building, which collapsed in the magnitude 6.3 earthquake in Christchurch last February, is being released today.

The Department of Building and Housing is releasing a report on a technical investigation into the collapse of the Madras St building where 115 people died.

It was the largest loss of life in the earthquake.

The report will assist a Royal Commission investigation the earthquake in which 184 people died.
