Having dealt with several franchisees within the caci group I would like to point out that it is the management of the franchisor business that should be investigated for unfair treatment of franchisees, for continually showing disrespect and disloyal behavior towards their franchisees. All is not well within this group and the owners of the business need to front up and acknowledge the dysfunctional operation in their charge. The general public should not punish the individual franchisees by not using their services, it is really these people's professionalism and desire to look after the needs of the clients that is keeping this group going, despite the best efforts of the franchisor to continually self sabotage what could be an extremely successful global franchise.

After being ordered not to speak to the media and knowing the fear of what would happen if you did I dont think the extent of the bullying tactics have fully been uncovered!

I've always had great experiences at Caci, the staff are lovely, very professional and I chat to the owner at every visit. I had no idea they were treated so badly. Sounds like this Micromode crowd have some explaining to do!

One can only hope that this is taken as a real wake up call and that it does not result in their unsuspecting staff and CACI owners loosing more than just support. Bullying is not acceptable!

Of the 10 reached, 20% spoke in favour, but 40% were very negative. All in all, not exactly a ringing endorsement for the company. Probably best to do business elsewhere.
