Cameron Diaz has shaved her head Britney Spears style on camera for upcoming film My Sisters Keeper.
The shave is featured in a trailer for the film which was released last week.
My Sisters Keeper also stars Alec Baldwin and Abigail Breslin and is directed by Nick Cassavetes (The Notebook).
Based on the book by Jodi Picoult, the story follows young girl Anna, played by Breslin, who was genetically engineered to be born as an organ donor and bone marrow match for her sister battling leukemia.
When Anna decides to pay a visit to lawyer Campbell Brown (Baldwin) and be emancipated from her parents, the family turns upside down.
The film opens in the US June 26th.
