UK Prime Minister David Cameron is trying to end the row about his health services reforms.

He has insisted it is a sign of strong government to listen and learn – promising to change the reforms upon reflection.

Nurses and consultants will now join GP groups responsible for commissioning healthcare services.

There will be stronger safeguards on competition for those healthcare services and the original 2013 deadline for introducing those changes has now been scrapped.
