A cat and a dolphin have forged an unlikely friendship

A video capturing the unlikely friendship between a cat and a dolphin has gone viral on the internet.

It shows an inquisitive dolphin approaching an equally curious cat on board a boat.

The location of the video is unclear, but it has already exceeded 1.5 million hits on YouTube.

Yup seen it quite a few times now. It is a pity however that the dolphins are clearly captive. You can hear the trainers whistle several times and see her with it at one stage. She is also directing the dolphin to touch the cat with hand signals and the cat is just doing what cats do - marking the dolphin like an piece of furniture in your house. Still unbelievably cute and I am not suprised it has gone viral - just wish there were more facts to go with it...
