My boss at work is absolutely adamant that the results of workplace drug tests are never wrong and you are guilty if they say you are guilty. If this were to happen in New Zealand, I'm sure my boss would not change his opinion. This sort of thing shows we need to be careful putting too much faith in these labs.

Wow, a true blue psychopath. A very dangerous person. I hope she gets the maximum. And I do believe that she should NOT be out on bail esp when her guilt is obvious and she is facing over 20yrs in prison. And now, some baddies will get off, guilty or not. But, flip the coin and some innocent people will be freed too. I wonder how many will sue the State and /or lab for mega, mega millions...as if it is their fault... what a shame, her actions has affected thousands and thousands of people and many more will miss out if the state and/or lab is sued. Throw her in prison and throw away the key. Or, even better, dont waste anymore money on her, flip the switch or plunge the mixture.
