Most of the failures in these cases have most often not been a failure to report.. but failure by the government to act appropriately And in many cases the Ministry of Social Developement has been an abuser of children itself When you debate this issue dont let Paula manipulate you into thinking her Ministry is in anyway capable of dealing with this issue in its current form because complaints are "prioritised" not every complaint is investigated and 9 times out of 10 when it comes to these deaths.. the Ministry has nearly always had previous dealings with the abuser or victim.

The system has and always will be one of the biggest state sponsored abusers of children. you have people like chris who dont care about children, doesnt want to spend on dime on fixing the issue and spend their lives online emotionally abusing people. Its people like chris that make the problem worse and feed it. Its also a rather bad lack of investment in appropriate services by government that has lead to many of these deaths in the past, or horrific abuse stories because of bad training, and no background checks carried out by state services.

To the Parliament steps itself. This beautiful young woman MUST BE supported and backed up by all community helpers, officials and leaders, not just in Ngaruawahia, or in many other rural areas, where away from many a public spotlight, so many "things" are left unseen, and so , undetected, but everywhere!
