It might be considered a shame by some people we can no longer use words such as Poofta and Queer any more in some circumstances. These previously acceptable words which are now no longer PC, might have been aptly used in comment on the article above.

Carter has achieved the opposite to what he hoped for. Today, Goff has more support than before Carter threw his toys out of the cot. Clearly this misguided society misfit wants to waste more taxpayer income by spending more time with his like minded 'Husband' (who is also his electorate chairman) so they can take even more trips overseas together while he can still do this for free, using our tax dollars. The sooner Carter and the ominous shadow of his openly supportive Helen Clark is expunged from the Labor Party the better. Hopefully then, Labor can start to show some enlightened relevance and offer a glimmer of hope for a more meaningful future for it's lost supporters.

Oh please...

Sacrificial lamb? Carter's just a self important idiot who thinks he's always right!! Well done for taking the spotlight off National's gaff over wage differentials with Australia - the PM must be laughing his head off!

Carter the sacrificial lamb. Helen is still pulling the strings from the US and is prepared to make temporary sacrifices to ensure that her toy boy (and I am not referring to Carter) gets Goffs job. She is probably grooming her 'blue-eyed' boy by twitter, and when the timing is right, she will return to oversee his induction as leader.

What gets me most is the fact that when he was caught out he tried to play the "GAY CARD" - I and a lot of others, were outraged, that crap may have washed back in the 70's but theres a new load of washing on the line Chris and your behaviour is nothing short of churlish and self righteous. Good riddance Chris, your underhanded and self serving actions have been your downfall, may you rot in anonymity.

Chris Carters actions over the past year seem to indicate that he is unhinged. It is good to see the back of yet another of Helen's favourites. Another of the group who conspired to socialise this country yet retain elite status for themselves.

Good riddance I say , i hope he takes his partner with him, that perk job that he had as being in charge of MPs travel always smacked of nepotism to me, Carter continues to make a complete fool of himself , he will happily pick up his gold plated super thay us taxpayers have paid for him. Brucey

Carter's just in a snot because he got caught with his hand in the till stealing off his expenses. Good riddance, Carter, you've never given a rats' about anyone other then yourself.

Chris is just one of many reddies who pillaged their credit facilities when they knew the extinction of Labour as a political force was imminent in the lead-up to the last election.
If Chris agrees to Phil changing his name to Phug, I'd be happy to back that sentiment.
