Four-month-old steak was found in Chrisco Christmas meat hamper

Jean is a single mum getting by on very little. She has saved all year for a Chrisco Christmas meat hamper

But when it arrived this week - she was shocked at what she found. The steak shows a best before date that's four months old, and Jean wasn't happy with the chicken either.

So she rang Chrisco earlier this week to ask for her money back - but again, she was in for a shock.

The same thing happend to me with a chrisco hamper expiry date, that was 10 years ago and they are still doing the same thing. I was one of the many who put up with it, mind you it was the first and last time I ever used them...

Wow, that lady's got a nice house, with a Christmas tree and decorations and animals, just don't understand why it ended up on tv? If my tax pays her welfare money, surely this didn't have to end up on tv? That was my sister in law, who was just doing her job, to collect the meat. I would say they did what they should have, you just have to listen to the staff-member who answered the call! I would say it was the supplier's fault?
