Christchurch remains on unsteady ground after two major aftershocks before Christmas.

The latest jolts haven’t caused much damage, but the Royal Commission into last February’s quake has resumed – focussing on some of the iconic buildings that were written off.

Work stopped on the Hotel Grand Chancellor last week.

Christchurch reporter Kloe Palmer talks to Firstline for an update on the situation.
