There are a lot of people in ChCh simply wanting to keep warm in their broken homes - they couldn't care less about what happens in the CBD. It's as though the Govt have totally forgotten about us - and we are still left fighting our insurers, EQC, Fletchers, etc. It is disgraceful that people have been left to suffer while big business pushes ahead.
