I'm sorry I have 3 broken houses and 2 demolished homes in the green zone with no chance of even finding out when they will be repaired or rebuilt as we are waiting on new DBH guidelines to be realeased. We have been waiting on one for over a year, We have 4 full mortgages to pay as EQC take months and months to pay the cap. No sign of these guidelines, most likely due to the election and no sign of having a home to live in, so I have run out of sympathy for the Red Zone. What about the people in the green zone that have no idea of when they can move ahead, at least the Red Zone have answers. We have no home and no indication of when we will get one. We have full mortgages on 2 now empty sections. Our kids have portaloos full of cobwebs at there school. There is so much more than the Red Zone.
