Christchurch's new sports stadium is on track for completion at the end of March.
Earthquake Recovery Minister Gerry Brownlee says it is a tight schedule but there are 400 workers on site and 200 truckloads of concrete were delivered this week.
Seating is being installed and recycled tower lights from Carisbrook in Dunedin are ready to go up.
The ground is test match standard and will hold 25,000 fans.
