Clampdown on drunken Sevens mayhem

Think 'Wellington Sevens' and you might at first think stadium-sized party packed full of merry, lycra-clad fans - but what about the darker side, those people who drink themselves unconscious and never make it, instead winding up in hospital?

Every year police say they're clamping down on the mayhem, and organisers come up with new methods to keep a lid on things, but will this year's lot actually work?

Clamp-downs only work with people who have brain function - the morons who play up at sports fixtures do not have that - so - no - sadly brute force is the ONLY THING they understand - and of course - NOT GUILTY when in front of a judge.
