Cliffside gymnastics goes horribly wrong

A Norwegian daredevil has had a lucky escape after a television stunt went horribly wrong.
Richard Henriksen, a father of five, was swinging from a high bar on the edge of a 1200m drop when the structure suddenly collapsed, sending him into freefall.
Luckily he was preparing for a base jump and managed to open his parachute on time.
The stunt was supposed to be for Norwegian TV programme Normal Madness and the stunt was their idea. Henriksen is actually a surgeon by trade, and plans to stick to his day job.
