Clint Eastwood’s daughter has been the subject of menacing death threats.
Francesca Eastwood provoked controversy after she posed next to a $100,000 Birkin bag that had intentionally been set on fire. The picture was taken by notorious photographer Tyler Shields who took a chain saw to the expensive accessory before it went up in flames.
Francesca has now received death threats on Twitter and Facebook from angry fashionistas as well as people who thought it was an irresponsible act amid the current economic climate.
“Some of us actually have to work and live check 2 check, spoiled rotten b***h to burn 100k bag,” one person wrote according to TMZ.
“You should kill urself, ungrateful b***h – wasted money when families can’t eat,” another person posted. (sic)
But friends close to Francesca told the site that the 19-year-old knew that some would be shocked by the provocative image but she didn’t expect the level of hatred she is receiving.
The teen has apparently been telling friends that people just don’t understand art. Francesca stars with her mother and the rest of her family in new reality show Mrs. Eastwood and Company.
