Comsesky is a very good lawyer and has been over the years, perhaps his words can be mislead by how they put it across the court floor but it was too late to correct its mistakes..
Comeskey has apoligized for his junior's mistakes and the mileading of the court..
Comesky is a very good lawyer and we would like to see him clear-up this mess and get back to practice..

Well, what a farce that was. Most of us guessed he'd worm out of it some way or another. How can you expect blue collarworkers and others to be scrupulously honest, or even partially so, when we get this dishonesty ,then refusal to act, from the "suits"-where the numbers are SO much bigger !! ?? Honest lawyer-oxymoron. Simple as that. Good post Christine.

Yes Chris, you are a crook, and one who got caught which must have annoyed you. The Law Society appear to be hopeless - acting leniently to protect its own reputation.

Its good to see the workings of the LAW it makes one want to spew.. what a corrupt institution LAW has become. One could find more honesty in the Black Power.

Chris, when your daughter asked if you were a crook, I hope you had the honesty to say said "yes, I am". Sorry, but I think this pathetic punishment from the Disciplinary Tribunal is the slap over the back of the wrist with a wet bus ticket. I don't care whether the practice of getting junior lawyers to do the work, is widespread. It is disgraceful, dishonest and completely unbecoming to a learned profession ... and to think the legal profession have been so vocal about the real estate industry not punishing their own properly. Hah.
