Wayne Leslie Davidson is a New Zealander who's been a wanted man for years.

Tens of millions of dollars have gone missing.

The US government has a warrant out for his arrest, but the FBI haven't been able to pull him in - so 60 Minutes tracked him down, half way across the world.

Peter Mattem from Maleny Australia is Wayne's Front here collecting millions of Australian dollars and sending it apparently to Wayne. They told us that they are Merchant bankers and that if we invest we would get our money back Guaranteed within a month plus profits. This was three years ago. I feel sorry for this man, he has been absolutely scammed by the Nigerians. Coming from Africa and having been to central Africa and knowing Nigerians, this is a 419 scam. These guys are milking every cent out of Davidson. Why can't the NZ Police stop this as these Nigerians are ruthless!!
