putting a strip into a private bit of land was looked into in hamilton, but was shot down instantly, as to work, it would need to be registered, tested, checked that it was up to standard, and every time anyone wanted to use it they would need fire equipment and ST Johns ambo on site the entire time, along with checking the warents and rego of all vehicles. private land has nothing to do with it, it is still against the law. in a paddock, in your garage, anywhere. its illegal. check the website for info if you dont believe me.

also, before acting as though they are the ones causing all the accidents, check the statisitcs for the average age of a speed ticket recipient. you might be surprised to find it falls into the 35+ bracket. not the 18-25 bracket.
