The previous detective, Botha, allegedly missed the bullet casing which was inside or next to the toilet bowl. If Ms Steenkamp went to the toilet to urinate and not hide from Pistorius, then she would have used toilet paper, which the team who found the bullet would have seen inside the bowl, satuarated.
