Not one tax payer dollar should be spent on the cathedral, the Church of England and all of their wealth should solely fund this project.

Whats there to decide.Its an old building on unstable ground in an earthquake zone. They need to stop all the sentimental muling around and face reality.Stop waisting the tax payers money
