What remains of New Zealand’s most recognisable church, the Christchurch Cathedral?

In June part of the west wall collapsed and the feature rose window was dislodged.

Large cracks appeared in the stonework, and engineers said the building was severely damaged.

While from a distance the southern wall looks unscathed, up close it is a different picture.

What will become of the church many see as a symbol of Canterbury? Campbell Live takes an extensive look at the damage to the Cathedral.

Not one tax payer dollar should be spent on the cathedral, the Church of England and all of their wealth should solely fund this project.
