HIV-positive Glenn Richard Albert Mills has been accused of deliberately trying to pass the disease on to others

A man accused of deliberately trying to pass on the HIV disease to others may not face a hearing to decide if he will stand trial until next year.
 
HIV-positive Glenn Richard Albert Mills was due to have a depositions hearing next week. The hearing will decide if he should face trial on 14 of the 28 charges he faces.
 
The hearing as been posponed as the judge due to hear the case was called overseas.
