Dotcom’s time spent in a New Zealand jail has cost him his ranking as the world’s #1 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 player.

Yesterday it was reported that Dotcom has racked up a massive 185,353 in-game kills on Xbox Live, playing with the username ‘Megaracer’.

But today Venturebeat.com reports that Dotcom has been replaced in the top spot by a player with the username ‘Arazos’.

More than $17 million worth of assets were seized from Dotcom's home by police, including two pistols.

Dotcom is awaiting a bail decision to be released by Judge David McNaughton at some time today.

I find it hard to believe that our justice system lets violent offenders out on bail to re offend, and this guy cant get bail at all, assuming he also has a very expensive lawyer. The NZ government is under pressure from the USA. What crime has he commited?

I know piracy is wrong but why is everyone revealing his peresonal life and how he's at the top for a PC game?
Just because he owns megaupload doesn't mean we should publish everything about his personal life?
Media these days!!
