Dr. Carr and the University of Canterbury run one of the most corrupt University systems in NZ. Dr. Carr is not only a racists but also a very arrogant person and for him to say that Government funding goes to support the student is a bunch of crock! This is a Univesity who does not even let most of their students know that they have a student allocated fund to use for research so they can put the government funding back into the University. They pay assoc. professors about 80K and a senior lecturers about 100-120K. They need to stop payinig tutors and upper positions staff members so much, not trying to increase the tuition costs for the students or the interest for student loans. University of Canterbury runs like an old boys club- and they behave like a damn mafia!
