Newly-engaged Drew Barrymore has sparked rumours she's pregnant with her first child after she was photographed clutching what appeared to be the results of a sonogram as she left a doctor's office in Los Angeles.
The Charlie's Angels star was snapped holding the black and white image on Tuesday as she exited a Beverly Hills medical office with her fiance, art consultant Will Kopelman.
And Barrymore's representative has only fuelled speculation by refusing to confirm or deny the story, simply telling TMZ.com, "No comment."
The actress, 36, announced her plans to wed in January.
