Gearbox has delayed the release of Duke Nukem Forever by just over a month.
While Gearbox aren't strangers to delays, they may have planned this one as a nod to Duke Nukem Forever being the most delayed game ever. It could also be a genuine delay.
In a press release 2K president Christoph Hartmann promised the game "won't take another 15 years".
"We're committed to deliver a laugh-out-loud, politically incorrect experience that people will talk about for years to come. We thank Duke's fans for their continued patience - I promise this won't take another 15 years."
Duke Nukem Forever will be now released on June 10.
