When you hear about elephants and rhinos that are hunted for their tusks and horns, what do you do? Do you look concerned and maybe hand over a few coins to a wildlife charity?

Well, here’s a guy who decided to do a bit more than that. He went to Africa and turned himself into a conservation Rambo.

Watch the video.

Really enjoyed this segment, however was disappointed that no reference was made to how a donation could be made or where to find more information on this great cause and person that is actively making a difference for the greater good.

Thanks Rambo This modern day rambo is out fighting for the last of a trully awesome species. I once spent 5 months travelling through Africa and like him, wanted desperately to do all I could to save them. He is out there doing it and I thank him. The only problem is that these local criminals are doing it out of survival. Whilst demand continues to come from Asia, the rhinos will continued to be slaughtered at considerable risk. The traders in Asia are the ones that really need to be targeted. James

It was hard to watch the rhino's horns being cut off but it is a means to an end, poaching needs to stop and we must look after and care for africa's wildlife and the continuation off all species thank goodness for people like this, who are dedicating their life to the protection of these animals
