The Enngland cricket team has seen off Australia in the ODI series (Reuters)

England coasted to an eight-wicket win over Australia in the fourth one-day international to take an unassailable 3-0 lead in the five-match series, with one washed out and one game to play.

Ian Bell hit 69 from 94 balls with nine fours and Jonathan Trott was 64 not out from 102 balls with four boundaries as England closed on 201-2, winning with 13 balls to spare at Riverside Ground.

Clint McKay was the pick of Australia's bowlers with 2-29.

Earlier, Steven Finn took 4-37 and James Anderson 2-34 as Australia recovered from 6-2 and 96-6 to reach 200-9. David Hussey hit 70 from 73 balls with nine fours.
