Country singer Billy Ray Cyrus will help to lift the spirits of US soldiers serving abroad this Christmas when he travels to Iraq to perform for the troops.
The ‘Achy Breaky Heart’ star is scheduled to fly to the war-torn country later this month to entertain members of the army, and he's hoping his seasonal songs will help them feel a little more at home.
He tells People magazine, "I leave for Iraq on December 13 and I'll try to spread a little Christmas cheer to our troops."
