Actress Eva Longoria Parker has been hit with a lawsuit by two former business partners, who accuse the star of forcing them out of their jobs.

Ronen and Mali Nachum are suing the Desperate Housewives star and her Las Vegas restaurant and club associate Jonas Lowrance, claiming the Beso and Eve partners used scare tactics to push them out of their ownership stake and managerial jobs at the venues last month.

The Nachums also insist they're owed US$280,000 for money they loaned the company to fund construction. They are requesting repayment of the loan, in addition to damages for breach of contract, assault and false imprisonment.

The plaintiffs are also bidding to be reinstated as managers of the trendy Sin City hotspots.

A representative for Beso and Eve has refused to comment on the legal action.
